Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

We do not provide cash refunds, though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, No Worries! All you need to do is inform us on WhatsApp from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) within a period of 3 days after the order receiving.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

Once we receive the products, we will conduct a quality audit. If the products pass our quality audit then a coupon of equivalent value will be issued. This coupon can only be redeemed online.

You may exchange the delivered products within 3 days of delivery on presentation of the original slip, provided the products are unused, packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and are in undamaged condition and not altered in any way. Should you wish to exchange product, please inform/WhatsApp us at 03254888141. We do not charge for delivery in case of exchange. The company’s decision in these matters will be considered final.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order before the order confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or message from the courier company with a tracking number against your order.

We reserve the right to cancel your order for reasons including, unavailability of stock, or inaccurate pricing etc.
